One of the worst places I have livednUpdate first off I never received any of my security deposit back second your managers removed me off of my lease but still made me reliable for the remainder of the lease which they put my ex wife on it and took me off so I dont know who you think that youre talking to but sorry I think you got the wrong person

Do not sign Tricked us into leasing an apartment next to a boiler room with no insulation whatsoever Theyll probably bring you in during winter so you cant tell And when summer comes you will be roasting alive because you CANNOT hook up an air conditioner anywhere but the living room and front room and it is NOT enough Like the gateway to hell in there Which is probably why they are trying to charge us for another month Summer is coming and its hard not to notice how unbearable it is in that apartment As well laundry costs 3 bucks for 1 load which is really half a full load because they are small machines The staff are extremely unfriendly unhelpful uncaring and insist on saying nothing is broken or needs to be fixed yet blame you for it later The water in the shower goes from extremely hot to extremely cold every 5 seconds We left the apartment 5X cleaner than when we rented it and they chose to keep the deposit and try to bill us another month anyway They have a habit of telling you one thing and doing another Shady people Communication is horrible and they are never in the office or answer the phone yet expect you to be on the dot The nieghborhood is just ghetto as hell Watch your kids at that park A lot of drug deals homeless and drunks passing through You pay extra for the trailer park down the road to come dump all their garbage in YOUR dumpsters You share utilities with irresponsible nieghbors The wall blocking you from the highway has a number of homeless people living behind it It may seem cheap but believe me you pay in so many other ways Save yourself
