You need to really find a new property manager she has know communicating skills with the tenants I know about about 7 tenants that are not renewing their lease because the property manager is unprofessionalI never seen it where a property manager sit underneath the bridge by the apartment and smoke cigarettes it gives the apartment complex a unprofessional look apartment complex is a place for comfort but its also a place for business because it is an investment to the investor She also lets people sit on the side of the building and do whatever it is that they want to do that dont live there and they have the smallest parking lot any rules on the parking lot are very complicated so thats where you get your car towed I know me and a few other people are not renewing at least My name is Sharon guys do not move here until they get rid of the property manager more ... hide ...

I used to love it here when I lived here 2 years ago But now things have changed and its one unpleasant thing after the other Maintenance never answers tickets when they do it can take weeks and then they say they completed the ticket when they have not Neighbors are rude and dont respect the shared space You can also hear EVERYTHING through these walls have 2021-09-14T07:37:04Z
I used to love it here when I lived here 2 years ago But now things have changed and its one unpleasant thing after the other Maintenance never answers tickets when they do it can take weeks and then they say they completed the ticket when they have not Neighbors are rude and dont respect the shared space You can also hear EVERYTHING through these walls have fun with trying to have privacy If you work late have fun trying to park and despite resident having cars sit in the same spot for years without moving the office wont tow to relieve active residents Weve had mice since moving in more than likely to do with location but havent received adequate help We had a safety incident regarding a stranger entering our home WITH A KEY and the office was VERY rude and unwilling to help rectify the situation to ensure I have tried to contact on multiple occasions maybe theyll respond after seeing this review since that seems to get their attention I would like to be moved to a different unit because my apartment experience was much better this townhome and the change of office staff has completely changed my opinion of this property I will no longer be referring people here more ... hide ...

This used to be a really nice place but in June of 2020 they changed management while they are friendly it takes forever to get something done they are so very slow the cleanup crew or person is really inconsistent of course theyre some neighbors who dont care as much as I do about the cleanliness of the buildings the grounds but the grounds only get clea 2021-06-04T22:04:17Z
This used to be a really nice place but in June of 2020 they changed management while they are friendly it takes forever to get something done they are so very slow the cleanup crew or person is really inconsistent of course theyre some neighbors who dont care as much as I do about the cleanliness of the buildings the grounds but the grounds only get cleaned maybe once a week inconsistent trash breeds rodents the buildings are kinda old so upkeep should be a must not just the lawns Still waiting for someone to at least sweep out my hall guess Ill do it again the new office manager Morgan is pretty nice professional but she can do so much more ... hide ...

Mrsdevri was very plasent and helpful I definitely appreciate her professionalism and I love my apartment I refer friends and family to this location
