A lot of the apartments have mold and mildew on the walls On the apartmentscom listing it says they have ceiling fans which is incorrect It says they are smoke free which is in incorrect Also there are no longer grills On apartmentscom the picture are of very nice apartments by the same name but the sign is blurry at the bottom where the address is Having t 2022-03-22T00:57:16Z

It looked nice from the outside we couldnt find the people we were looking for so asked someone unloading their car outside of one of the buildings They were very friendly but had just moved in and didnt know anybody yet They do need better signs for finding the place from the highway because its tucked in behind another business and you still have a very ha 2020-09-21T20:35:26Z
It looked nice from the outside we couldnt find the people we were looking for so asked someone unloading their car outside of one of the buildings They were very friendly but had just moved in and didnt know anybody yet They do need better signs for finding the place from the highway because its tucked in behind another business and you still have a very hard time finding the apartments even with google maps No road signs to help you either We did finally see one but it was only a little helpful The apartment are really hidden behind another business and the road leading to them looks like its the driveparking for that business until you actually turn onto that road and then you see it takes you to them more ... hide ...

Its been My Home for over 6 years the people there be it the Management or the Residence are very nice its a Good Place to Live

Over half of the plugin receptacles didnt work and not one would hold in a plugin Maintenance hardly ever fixedfixes anything that needed or may need attention Carbon monoxidesmoke alarms didnt work in my apartmentF48one had fallen out and had a burnt spot from electrical surge Im assumingrecently found out that at one time or another that someone or some persons had been manufacturing methamphetamine in it and I was not informed by the manager nor by higher management owners of such incident allowing my 9 year old and myself to move into said apartmentF48 which led to problematic situations with myself and my daughter The carpeting was not changed out nor had the apartment been sprayed with sodium chloride to neutralize chemical after effects of someone manufacturing methamphetamines Not a good place to live with managementalso previous management not assessing and dealing properly with such federal housing health code violations and also hardly ever changing out heatingcooling filters that could result in carbon monoxide poisoning in childrenelderlyand people suffering from rheumatoid arthritis affecting said persons first and foremost also adding to other severe health problems I have several pictures of the apartmentF48 that I may possibly post later more ... hide ...
