This has got to be the most unprofessional area ever to get apartments Nobody answers the phone Like really How can u rent out apartments when your never on your job U should always have somebody there even if u dont have apartments available Even the emergency number they provide dont anybody pick up Like come on walker county Get it together

I am living in the High Forest apartments I have lived here for 9 years I have been blessed Paige the manager has worked very hard to make sure Everything in my apartment is up to par Example a couple of months ago my AC just died it wasnt working just blowing hot air So our Maintenance man Jonathan come over example and fixed it It worked well for about a 2020-09-02T21:58:34Z
I am living in the High Forest apartments I have lived here for 9 years I have been blessed Paige the manager has worked very hard to make sure Everything in my apartment is up to par Example a couple of months ago my AC just died it wasnt working just blowing hot air So our Maintenance man Jonathan come over example and fixed it It worked well for about a month Then I called Paige and she sent Jonathan and he talked to Paige and a AC company and they So they said I needed a new unit So they put in a new then that unit was giving problems and Paige and Jonathan put two window units 1in the bedroom and 1 in the living roomnThrough all of that they both tried hard to make it so I wouldnt have to live in a hot house I also asked will they help me with my electric bill and they home office said yes If that aint favor I dont know what is The people manager Paige maintenance Jonathan director MsGail go out of their way not just to manage our apartments to make us all feel welcome They dont pick with you because they dont want you here anymore The will help you as much as they can Ive know them to contact section 8 to see when it will start so that they can help you on how much back rent you need to pay Ive know people not to get put out because they havent paid the rent hoping and praying that section 8 kick in I love my apartment I ice maker dish washer a connection for a washer and dryer two bedrooms 2 full bathrooms So Im happy here 1 thing Im not rude to anyone You have to treat people with respect You cant holler and curse people and demand things right now Its done in steps What needs immediate help then the everything will be done I want yall to really feel my post Its over 87s in Alabama and when my air went out the fixed it as fast as they could AND put two window units in to make sure I will be good more ... hide ...
