I dont have to worry about my mom living here The place is safe clean and the common areas are very well kept The apartments are old so of course they always need repairs but the management is very friendly helpful and accommodating Once a month they hold free food for the community so they hand out vegetables bread fruit etc

I have lived in this apartment complex for 10 months since it was called Edgewater Apartments and now The Peaks on 4th The reality is that I am crazy to move out of there I am tired of sending emails to the administration about situations and they never respond but of course if I stop paying the rent quickly they come with the overdue papers A few weeks ago I was the victim of vandalism the tires of my car exploded I bought security cameras because they dont even have that but the rents are super high I ask in administration if they can assign me a parking lot in front of my apartment and the person who was in the office just told me I doubt it but if I can give you information to rent a garage Really I sent videos to the administration where you see strangers trying to open the doors of the neighbors cars YES neighbor if you read me make sure you close your car well because there are people who try to open them and I very much doubt that it will be for look inside I havent even gotten any response from management other than that they want to charge me a stupid fee for vacating the apartment early I have been living in these apartments for 10 months they have charged me a Parcel Pending since October of last year which I have not been able to use because the application wants to charge me an additional 20 apart from the fact that I am already paying it in the rental fee Ive been living in these apartments for 10 months I dont understand why I pay so much for water if Im outside working all day I am totally disgusted more ... hide ...

After many many many yrs of residing in this place living here has officially come to an end for various reasons If I could give this place a half a I wouldn1 Change of property management maintenance When I moved in many many yrs ago the property was managed maintained properly by both the then manager Regina and maintenance man Dean Since they were FORCED out the people sylvia the manager and enrique the maintenance man who have since replaced Regina Dean have been lazy sarcastic have favorites residents within the community which are Spanish speaking Hispanics they gossip and do nothing when theres a problemn2 If an appliance breaks due to regular wear and tear there is NEVER any funds to replace the appliances therefore the tenant is without a working appliance for months til either a resident dies or moves out Yet IF an appliance breaks due to a tenants fault the tenant has to IMMEDIATELY begin paying for another appliance when they pay their rent The old maintenance man Dean kept extra fridges and stoves onsite just in case ANY of the OLD fridges or stoves went out in any unitn3 They evicted a tenant during this Pandemic FOR NOT BEING AT HOME The tenant told management their mother is very ill and dont know how much longer she will be here and thats why they have not been home yet paid rent every month even the month they were gone and Corporate still evicted the tenant DURING THIS PANDEMIC more ... hide ...

I love my new apartment Everything is good so far I love the area Its very quite I put in a maintance order through the app and they got it done very quick I love my neighbors everyone is so nice and helpful They have a LuxerOne box where Amazon packages are delivered I would recommend
