I applied for rent assistance and received a call over a week later requesting additional documents I was told once all documents are received it could take another month to get approved I explained that my September rent is due and October is a few days away and there is no rent haven the lady was very short tempered and belittling telling me rudely do you think your the only one who needs help and then attempts to pass the buck by telling me apply for DES rental assistance even though I was denied and trying to get ahold of a DES Rep is near impossible as Ive tried calling them for the last 3 weeks what a joke I had enough of this rude lady and just hung up on her just because you work for the county doesnt give you the ok to treat tax payers with disrespect If your almost a month behind and need help with your rent payment look elsewhere or be prepared to wait 46 weeks for an answer which by then youll already be facing an eviction notice The local government is a joke more ... hide ...

Very nice lady lark i believe is her name her name who manages thier complex now she does such a great job managing thier complex always responds quickly and professionally aNd always has a positive helpful attitude she has really has things running smoothly Best thing too happen to that apt Complex by far five stars andnkudos to lark

Delois Jackson is an amazing manager and her staff is amazing as well I dont even like living in apartments and the typical staff make it even worse I wish all management was like this It makes it much more comfortable knowing you have real people working with you Thank you so much for all that you and your team do It is very much appreciated

They cut most amenities no more outdoor grills by the pool no computer room And they raise the rent every year Seniors are on a fixed income so be careful if you are on a fixed budgetthey dont raise it by 25 this year its 50 to 100 Just ridiculous

Villas by Mary t is a wellmaintained 55 community for active seniors Ive lived here for seven years now and absolutely love it Management and staff are very friendly and attentive to the needs and concerns of its residents They are always available and there to help in any way they can Maintenance too is excellent and the grounds always look nice The Clubhouse and large pool complete with hot tub and palm trees will quickly draw you in as you relax in the beautiful Arizona weather Read a good book or just chill with your favorite beverage as you attempt nirvana It wont take long to realize that this place is different They have a philosophy and mission statement that reflect their humanitarian roots Believe me when I say its all quite agreeable and when you really think about it its the way it should be isnt it My neighbors are the best Ive ever had and my villa is spacious and well designed I have a nice yard garage and do some gardening that I enjoy Simply put if your looking to lease or even if you now own you wont do better than this for the price Its affordable living at its best a little piece of heaven to hang your hat more ... hide ...
