i HAVE A ROOF OVER MY HEAD AND PAID UTILITIES WHICH I HAD NOT THOUGHT WAS POSSIBLE IN 2016 AND FOOD IN MY PANTRY BEFORE I MOVED INTO CENTENNIAL VILLAGE THE MAINTENANCE CREW WORK DELIGENTLY TO MAINTAIN OUR HOMES HERE WHY WOULDNT YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND THE BUZZ RIDES ARE FREE TO THE POST OFFICE AND LIBRARY AREAS AND OUR MESA RIVERVIEW 2022-03-13T14:48:09Z

We moved our mother from another facility in Mesa so far have found Christian Care Manor to be more like home She has a private apartment with her own furniture and they always have something for her to donWe have seen such a change in her disposition She is so much happier contentnWish we would of had her here earlier

Ive lived in Sun Villa for about 6 12 yrs and I enjoy my apt location there are six courtyards The apts are on the smaller size one bedroom 550 square feet but since Im partially handicapped the smaller space makes it easier for me to clean Besides I can only be in one room at a time However because of the small space it gets a bit messy when you dont have 2022-06-05T15:28:07Z
Ive lived in Sun Villa for about 6 12 yrs and I enjoy my apt location there are six courtyards The apts are on the smaller size one bedroom 550 square feet but since Im partially handicapped the smaller space makes it easier for me to clean Besides I can only be in one room at a time However because of the small space it gets a bit messy when you dont have storage on the property I have a couple of hobbies which take up more space than I havennWe all have patios in front of our apartments I love using mine as its peaceful Sometimes people walk by and sit for a while Impromptu conversations are the bestnnThe pool is always beautifully kept Were also able to participate in activities hosted by Fountian of the Sun and their volunteers Sun Villa is located inside a larger 55 community Its a golf course community along with sooo many other things to doWe feel safe here because we are gated and guardednnFYI there are issues living here the place isnt perfectbut do you know of any complexHOA where they dont have issues Sun Villa is not for everyone If you want to park your vehile in a covered spot then this isnt the place for you SV is a central mail delivery location that means we dont get mail on Saturdays If thats an issue for you then look elsewherennI really do enjoy living here and I plan to live here for many years to come Are you going to be my neighbor more ... hide ...
