place is a nice living environment Staff is friendly and really cares When I first moved in Ronnie and Liz helped make our transition smoother Dellina is now working on office and she is as nice and down to earth as you can get Friendly and professional They always lend an ear and care about the residents They do not just care about rent maintenance issues and property business They offer advice and do what they can to help anyone they can Maintenance Is prompt and curtious Any time I have had an issue or maintenance need the issue is addressed and resolved quickly Maintenance fixes things promptly I have read some negative reviews but honestly they do not represent this apartment complex correctly Usually people complain when they do not even go and try to get the issue worked out If you have a problem and approach the staff it will be handled I thank the owner for having an amazing down to earth caring and competent staff more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for about a year now and I have enjoyed it very much The staff is very professional and helpful They have made my stay here very comfortable The only issue is that the buildingarea is in constant repair however you get what you pay for Its a quiet complex which I love and awesome neighbors I have made friends with quite a few The family dollar and 711 down the road have been lifesavers and target is a little further around the corner too Parking is easy I was lucky enough to park on the street where I could overlook my car It is a busy road however there really have been no issues regarding Emilita rd and Im right on the street view The bath tub is a little small but this 1bd is so roomy and spacious everywhere else man oof plus the closet is a walk in Great experience Thank you SorrentonAmber S more ... hide ...

The Standard At Dobson Ranch looks nice on the outside The landscaping is well maintained For the most part the patio sections arent trashed However the hallways look like tenement projects Tenants leave trash in the hallways If you are thinking about renting here dont think that the entire complex looks like the outside Maintenance is not very knowlegable I 2018-11-14T21:12:22Z

ZERO REGARD FOR SAFETY My wife has been a tenant here for over 3 years Ive lived here for 2 About a month ago we noticed that our refrigerator was not working We called the front office two hours before they closed to let them know that this was an emergency as my son had about 500600 of insulin in the fridge We were told that someone from maintanance would come take a look An hour later my wife called back becasue we hadnt heard anything We were told again that someone would be over to take a look No one ever came and luckily I was able to get an extension cord long enough to get the fridge back on My wife had to call again at noon the next day before anyone was sent over to fix the problem No one from the property has acknowledged how serious this mistake could have been 500 of insulin could have gone to waste and we would need to order more for my son without knowing how long it could take to get it We were already debating moving as another tenant informed us that rent would be going up about 400 but this mistake made the choice easy There has been zero attempt to remedy the mistake and it is clear that the people here and from MC Companies we contacted the corporate office as well DO NOT care about there tenants more ... hide ...
