This is the worst housing authority Ive ever worked with these ppl DO NOT call you back or respond in a timely manner at all Ive gone desperate enough to contact others who arent even my case worker for help well what do you know THEY ALL SHARE THE SAME PASSION FOR NOT RETURNING YOUR CALL Supervisors and all Its absolutely unacceptable at the end of the day we are the ones having to endore the threats from THEM of being discontinued Some of us have children some folks are old etc I can assure you the very ppl in these situations mean business and are just trying to do the right thing to remain on the program We are not employed with them to know everything that they do so unfortunately help is needed I mean isnt that technically the point of this program One time I was forced to go out of my way to show up and get assistance even tho I was not helped I was turned down simply because I did not have an appointment and supposedly they were busy But what the front office didnt know is while I was there I would call the office just to see what happens when that phone rings This woman would deny all calls as soon as they came in and eventually got annoyed and put them on SILENT I then asked her why isnt she picking up the phones and she says because she is busy Whole time she was JUST SITTING THERE and I promise you JUST THAT I wished I had 2 phones because I wanted to record her I informed her of what I had just did and she went completely blank and said she was going to get someone in the back Absolutely shocking I cannot even believe they really treat ppl this way more ... hide ...

No one has ever answered the phone and I have been calling for over two weeks and Ive left my number and to this day no one has bothered to contact me Anyway the property is in bad shape and a friend of mine told me its even worse on the inside

We are new to Arizona and after the nightmare that is our current apartments we were starting to feel defeated We met with Hannah in May to look at the property and applied to be on the waitlist Management constantly communicated with us over the next two months and kept us updated on when a townhouse might be available Throughout the approval process Krista was amazing in helping us and making sure we had all of the correct paperwork to be approved The property itself is clean and well maintained every time we have been there multiple grounds keepers are walking around cleaning or taking care of the property It is a very exciting change from our current luxury apartments that have overflowing dumpsters and trash piled in every bush Even our kids are excited and ask every day when we will be moving to our new home We can not thank Krista enough for all the time she spent helping us Looking forward to adding another great review when we move in and get to fully experience the property more ... hide ...

On first glance the place its self is really nice They look well kept But the lady in the office is misleading Me and my family came into the office to apply and she said they would have open units in April She didnt let us fill out an application instead she just took our numbers and said shed call Also this was November of 2015 Of course April came and wen 2016-07-29T20:26:07Z

Lovely little community The apartments are spacious and nice They are very affordable With washer and dryers in the units its one of the best bangs for the buck Its right off the 101 and sits between frys food and drug and Targey The location is perfect Also the school bus picks up at the entrance of the complex This is ideal for young families
