This is the slowest court there is Im on the 3rd floor and the order of things is sooooo backwards They call cases all over the place instead of going in order No COVID precautions in place or nthg The judicial system at its worst When they finally get to your name if its plea case you get pushed back to wait longer This court is a joke for real and the resi

I faced racial discrimination and wrongful termination at this facility You would think a facilty who has paid two fines within the last two years and not to mention stopped receiving MedicareMedicade in 2014 wouldnt dare to even discriminate but they did because in their eyes I was just a black girl who couldnt afford a lawyer but they were wrong Imagining

I faced racial discrimination and wrongful termination at this facility You would think a facilty who has paid two fines within the last two years and not to mention stopped receiving MedicareMedicade in 2014 wouldnt dare to even discriminate but they did because in their eyes I was just a black girl who couldnt afford a lawyer but they were wrong Imagining coming to work at 253pm thinking your going to station 3 to see your residents that youve grown to love and adore but your suddenly for the first time on station 1 where your not familiar with the residents or with how things work on that hall A narcotic patch comes up stolen between 230pm300pm and your the new girl whos picked to take the fall its sad its 2016 and your still facing racism at its best and whats even worst you take a drug test but the nurses in the room before you dont and your accused and while your hurting not just mentally and emotionally but physically because you had surgery last year and still havent heald and is currently under doctors care your a poor college student so you do whatever you can to keep your job because you know your innocent so you fax your medical records to try to recieve your job back but your name has already been slanderd in their eyes your already guilty A week later the same patient narcotic patch disappears and your no where to blame this time God works in mysterious ways I went through hell but he blessed me with a higher paying job and the courage to speak to minorities warning them about placing their family members in a facility that practices racism And eventhough there are minorities who are employed and are placed in high positions one things you must remember the game doesnt change remember in slavery you had some AfricanAmericans in the fields while others were in the house Every day isnt promised I can die anyday and I wanted to make sure I got this message out
