Ive been trying to get an application and when someone is supposed to be in the office they arent there I drive over from Aurora so its really frustrating that I cant get what I need The place looks very nice and I met some very nice people while I was there

Ive lived here for 10 years Its in a great location within walking distance of anything you could need I live in a 3B3B and they are quite spacious This place seems to fill quickly Rarely a vacancy so if you can snag an apartment youre in luck Ive seen a few managers come and go Apryl is firm but shes great She was super helpful when I became unexpectedly un 2021-04-01T22:20:05Z

REVIEW for Broomfield Green Apartments Hudson Real EstatennAs a daughter of a resident at Broomfield Green Apartments I have MANY concerns about the safety and well being of my parent the residentnnBats They leave droppings by the back doors Occasionally it is swept up however inbetween these infrequent sweepings it is tracked into the building which causes unsanitary conditions throughout the building This includes residents individual unitsnMold This is appearing with increased frequency in individual resident unitsnAircondition These are falling apart and not all are in working ordernNo automotive doors This makes it very difficult in a complex catering to people of retirement age especially those who have walkers canes etcnPoor snow removal This is not being done in a timely fashion Nor is it complete Ice is a continued problemnCarpet The carpeting in unraveling which causes continued tripping and falling hazards for the residentsnOutside doors are NOT being secured at all times Recently there was a stabbing of an elderly lady right next to the complex This was not relayed to residents Why wasnt each resident notified by a simple note on each door There are only 50 units how long would it have takennDogs one in particular are allowed off leash andor out their owners control This is dangerous for other residents who may tripfall over such animalsnEmergencyFire drills for residents are not held on a regular basis When held notices are not given to residents For example recently ONE notice was placed in the elevator if a fire drill to be held weather permitting What we dont have firesemergency in snowy or rainy weathernnThe onsite manager for Broomfield Green apartment has been less than helpful when approached about these concerns There is a general indifference to residents concerns Further the attitude seems to be that if a resident has concerns they can just move The onsite manager and the representative from Hudson Real Estate do NOT demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion for excellence more ... hide ...
