Ive lived in my fair share of apartments and this one has been the best experience thus far From the incredible value of my two bedroom apartment to the fantastic location to the easy to reach personnel they do a wonderful job I was always able to reach someone when needed even after hours one time I had to leave before my lease expired and they did their ut 2022-04-30T17:30:15Z

My wife and I have lived in the apartment complex for a while now and I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone looking in the Greeley area Any time we have had an issue in the apartment which honestly doesnt happen a lot everything is in good condition the maintenance team has always got it done either that day or first thing the next day and they always do a great job Management is VERY kind and helpful we have never had an issue with the management Luis Castro and Ashley Gonzalez are always polite and dont just see you as a resident they take the time to get to know you The property is very well maintained and clean Its nice to have a gym on the property with 247 access and a pool that is very clean as well The apartments for being an older complex are very clean and tidy I have had very few issues with my apartment I dont have to drive very far to work its close to entertainment as well as restaurants or shopping which is GREAT I would DEFINATLEY recommend Franklin Flats Apartments more ... hide ...

Worked with Anna and she was a delight She and the manager were able to answer all my questions about rental assistance and were able to help get myle scheduled to move in They have a nice dog park and a great play area for the kids The team was amazing to work with

Although this is a 40 year old apartment bldg I feel that the owner does a very good job taking care of this older property The management is suburb if you have a problem in your apartment it is taken care of within 24 hours There are no dishwasher air conditioners or laundry facilities within the apartment although there is a laundry facility on the sec 2021-06-14T22:47:13Z

Super excited with my new place Moved into new carpet new paint new appliances and new flooring also new countertops My apartment is so beautiful now that I put my special touch to it And the best part the ladies in the leasing office Misty and Becky are super awesome and made my move super easy on super comforting Love you girls
