The facility itself is very nice in fact I love the building however I dont like it herenThe reason is that the facility has some very nice common areas with large flat screen TV pic nic and barbecue area as well as nice trails one can walk or in my case wheel aroundnThe problem is that these common areas are ruled by a small clique of residents that make others feel as outsiders or flat out unwanted As a result the much advertised pot luck or barbecue dinners are controlled by this clique making it very uncomfortable for the residents not part of the clique enough so that the out right deliberate rude behavior is so apparent that others will simply not attend or will shun the common areas achieving the goal of the cliquenThe mailbox is in the main common area so that even going to check your mail becomes uncomfortable such as the conversation stopping and people starring at you until you get you mail and leave I only check my mail very late at night or very early in the morning to avoid thisnThere is nothing worse than being made to feel unwanted in your own homenLife for people who are sick disabled and elderly can be depressing to be shunned and treated rudely makes it even more so This can be detrimental to such a persons health and can hasten deathnNo this is not the place you want your loved ones to spend their golden years unless they are a member of the golden clique more ... hide ...

This review is long overdue and should really have a one star but only one of their leasing professionals impressed us and saved her team from a terrible review During our initial visit we entered the leasing office and another leasing member stared at us like a deer in the headlights no introduction or even a greeting Then another leasing member Morgan stepped in and told her that she could take care of us and FINALLY we were welcomed by somebody We were already turned off by the other worker but Morgan was welcoming throughout the tour and answered all our questions with ease that we had forgotten about that uncomfortable moment in the beginning We loved the location of the complex and how clean the grounds were and we were also looking forward to working with Morgan because of how prepared she was We were ready to apply and were gathering our proof of income but we wanted to compare the 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom floorplan so we reached out again to schedule a viewing This is where Creekstone lost us as interested renters During the time of scheduling another tour I called and the property manager answered This property manager Cherie was condescending and was not listening to our needs at all We chose to wait for Morgan to return from her vacation but even after she returned and accommodated us we were so turned off by the property manager that we rented at another complex instead I can see why theres negative reviews for this complex I wish I could suggest this place to other renters and have them work with Morgan only but unless the rest of the team improves including the PM then I suggest you rent elsewhere and save yourself the frustration and headaches more ... hide ...

visiting a family friend parked in a parking spot was walking to my car didnt see it there i went to the office they said they got it towed because i do not live in the apartments I literally just visiting someone for a few hours Had to pay 217 to get my car back
