Lived there for a year no problems only reason why Im giving a one star is because I followed all the guidelines to move to another place and I was told to do all kinds of throngs to the apartment cleaning shampoo carpets gave my 30 day notice etc to get my deposit back When it was past my 30 days for my deposit I received a letter saying I wasnt getting it back because rent was prorated was told I had till the 7th to move out I moved out on the 6thcleaning fee I cleaned that house top to bottomshampoo fee I rented a shampooed and did the carpets dump fee the only thing that was left was sofa chair so I can see that they charged me for dumping thatand a screen fee my sons room never had a screen on the window when I moved in there a year agowas added up to a total of 500 which was my WHOLE deposit so make sure when you move have proof of everything because they will find some kind of way to keep your money more ... hide ...
