Im highly disappointed with how this apartment complex treats visitors and their willingness to vandalize vehicles without warningnnI had a friend who lived here who would watch my children for me on occasion On one day I drove by to pick up my kids Since there was no parking available I parked parallel to an unloading ramp built into the front sidewalk being mindful not to block traffic around me I left my vehicle for about five minutes to collect my children Upon my return I caught the maintenance crew vandalizing my car by applying large red sticker to the driverside window They threatened to call the a towing service to remove my car even though there was no sign to indicate I wasnt allowed to park in that particular area This is also ignoring the fact that people use the ramp all the time to unload their moving trucks for much longer periods Upon defacing my car they also had the audacity to take on an accusatory tone as they lectured me about my expired sticker as if it were any of their businessnnIf they treat visitors with such disrespect I can only imagine what tenants have to put up with more ... hide ...

As a former tenant I feel that my PERSONAL experience should be shared as a diverse opinion of the management staff residents the application process and the building itselfnnPros Low income units with a flat rate that includes ALL UTILTIES My former apartment unit had nice vinyl wood floors a beautiful window that captures the morning sun a bright kitchen with updated appliances two spacious bedrooms and a cozy dining area I had no issues with any appliances or pipewater issues The unit in itself was very pleasantnnCONS The application process was swift however for some reason I had to go through a roller coaster during the identification and income tax portion of the process which did NOT seem normal to other apartment complexes Ive applied to The management staff is a little on the unprofessional side showing favoritism and being too friendly with residents that its hard to tell the ManagerTenant relationship There is a maintenance person who seems to act with management authority and their friendships with residents sometimes causes them to forget what is confidential versus what is open for discussion Because of those unprofessional relationships Ive experienced harrassment from residents who have no understanding of personal boundaries that were supported and pursued by management staff up to calling the police if an altercation should reoccur Unfortunately I had to reach out to corporate for myself which no contact information is posted for residents because I felt that the unprofessional relationships between management and residents interfered with code of conduct and protocol and took away my voice to speak my side of a very exaggerated encounter The building wasnt that pleasant to look at but it doesnt look horrible I would give the appearance a 610nnHonestly had my experience with management and residents been a bit different I would have given this place a 5star rating Its at a convenient location directly on a bus route to save money on vehicle maintenance and within walking distance of a nice park and local grocery storesnnI have currently been evicted due to an unexpected job loss that with a lack of luck on finding another job and no assistance with federal funding which doesnt exist anymore for this type of thing so I no longer stay there But I thought Id share my personal experiences for a diverse opinion of this property more ... hide ...

I would not suggest living here no matter what I havent even lived here for a year yet and cant stand living here The neighbors are unbearable to live by They can not keep to themselves for the life of them You are required to sign an Anti Bullying Policy to live here yet it is funny to me that the manager condones harrassment and does not care to take care 2017-07-31T23:05:46Z
I would not suggest living here no matter what I havent even lived here for a year yet and cant stand living here The neighbors are unbearable to live by They can not keep to themselves for the life of them You are required to sign an Anti Bullying Policy to live here yet it is funny to me that the manager condones harrassment and does not care to take care of any problems You can report things to the manager until your blue in the face and she still will not take care of any problems or anything you report The old manager we had took notes and talked to you and actually cared to take care of the problems around here But the new manager as I stated above does not seem to care at all There is favoritsim over here and more The apartments here are very nice and affordable but with the way the manager is and the people who live over here I wouldnt suggest it to anyone even if it was the last appartment complex available to be rented out The only way to fit in over here is if you smoke pot and are into gossip and causing problems It is very sad but true So again word to the wise Dont sign any leases to live at The Meadows apartment complex because your bound to have problems more ... hide ...

We have lived here for a very long period of time and have come to call this place home We have never felt so safe since we moved here and the sheer beauty of Longs Peak in the backgroud The people here all care and do watch over But the wind in the winter in the back of the campus does get very cold windy But you get to see an awesome sunset each and every 2015-10-08T23:53:28Z

My family has lived here for a long time 17 years In this time we have seen numerous management personnel changes However the current management has really impressed us with their commitment to improving the quality and safety of the apartmentsnnSarisa and Sandy are doing an excellent job of ensuring that residents feel at home here Everything from annual Easter egg hunts to providing sack lunches to residents during the difficult time surrounding COVID19 Their commitment to building the community up is not something seen with every management team so that is very much appreciatednnWe recently had an issue that was very important to us to be taken care of Management has impressed us with their willingness to take care of the issue immediately and fully Their response to this issue alone warrants an excellent reviewnnMaintenance staff Tim and Will are always out exchanging friendly words and getting to know residents throughout their day which is appreciated to build that trust for when they need to come into the apartment to fix issues Speaking of which maintenance requests are always completed in a very timely mannernnThe front office has excellent amenities including a fitness area with basic machines treadmill weights stationary bike etc a business center vending machines as well as a pool available in the summer months A huge open grassy recreational area is available to residents as well as a basketball court They recently opened a dog park to allow dogs some freedom to run around in a safe areannParking used to be a HUGE issue in the past Over the past year however this has mostly resolved It now usually isnt a problem to get a space in front of or very close to your apartment Also available are garages for an extra monthly fee which are pretty decently sizednnThe apartments are located in such a convenient area near Centerra So many restaurants and entertainment options are located within a 5 minute drive radius Target Old Navy Shoe Carnival and several restaurants are within brief walking distance Huge perk especially during the summer months A bus stop is also located just across the street so getting around stops in Loveland or Ft Collins isnt too difficultnnNature walking trails are just across the street This is one of the best things to take advantage of while living here especially since it is never too busynnIn comparison to other area apartments the Reserve at Centerra is an excellent deal Not many other apartments in the area have the same level of quality in apartment condition management or amenities for this pricennOverall we are really impressed with the changes that have been made here Thanks for making the Reserve at Centerra a great place to call home more ... hide ...

Well kept well maintained A very clean place to live Excellent management Lots of residence activity hikes movies in clubhouse Barbecues trips to local shopping stores All around awesome place to live
