Currently I am unable to afford a place to live that is not income reduced The lists of all organizations are long with waiting lists of at least two years I currently live here The apartments for the most part are totally fine The management and people running this place is not I have not gone out of my way to cause any commotion I keep my children inside I 2017-10-25T10:55:55Z

A am a daughter of one of the residents of AHEPA 296 Apartments in Pensacola FloridanMy mother has been living at AHEPA 296 for just under 2 years I recently visited her for the first time WOW what a WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL place to live The quiet property with the nice walk ways and majestic oaks add so much serenity My mother absolutely loves living here and she is so happy She feels like this is her forever home The apartments are beautiful the building is IMMACULATE and the Team that runs the building are so professional kind and seem to really care about the residents Cindy Terrill and Ken keep this place in tip top shape they go above and beyond for the residents and they are very loved by my mom The residents all look out for each other get together regularly for great activities and they seem to be one big happy family here I am so grateful to the staff for making my mother so happy and I am thrilled she is here Thank you AHEPA 296 You are first class more ... hide ...

Lived there in 92 and again in 94 Mary Lou was awesome The place had a good vibe I lived above Jim and he was such a great guy Used to take him to Dennys with us all the time

I lived out here 10 years ago and the management and staff were the most disrespectful people Ive ever met in my life Ronnie Cole and Kim Sawyer blamed and charged me for the fixings maintenance did to my apartment They claimed our maintenance men wouldnt use these types of materials When you have regular maintenance included in your rental agreement why in 2018-07-30T16:01:12Z
