My motherinlaw lives here and loves it Although the living area could stand to be a little larger and another bath would be great it is good for her Ample storage for a small apartment and a nice private front porch Quiet safe and friendly neighbors

The area is a very nice and peaceful place but there is now a new landlord that does not do things in a professional manner If your looking to call the office line be prepared for her not to answer the phone Have called multiple times and went up there and noticed that she just does not answer As well when I moved my apartment was cleaned from the back door 2016-02-19T08:00:34Z
The area is a very nice and peaceful place but there is now a new landlord that does not do things in a professional manner If your looking to call the office line be prepared for her not to answer the phone Have called multiple times and went up there and noticed that she just does not answer As well when I moved my apartment was cleaned from the back door to the front we always go the extra mile to clean the floor boards carpet etc There was only one issue when we left and that was the carpet in my kids room My son wasted wax on the floor that we tried getting up and it was only in a spot as big as my hand So the landlord stressed they would have to replace the whole entire carpet which didnt bother me until I moved and I never got a response She could never give me a estimate on the cost of the carpet and never did a walk around to check the apartment out 3 12 months had went by I called left messages no response So I had to drive 45 min away just to get there early to see what was going on She still had no information The law states that the landlord had 30 days to send you a list of the charges or anything needing to be done to the apartment pertaining to your security deposit I never got anything I called head office and told them I was taking them to court and the acted very fast The landlord stated she mailed the list off which I still dont have almost 6 months later as well that I left trash in the apartment so I owed them 100 The only thing that stopped me from taking them to court is pictures which is what I needed They will do everything in there power to not give you your deposit Ive never had a issue with any apartment complex I lived in but this one There are others that have went through the same thing I did which made me realize the are very crooked So if you choose to move here make sure you keep all paper work and take pictures if needed more ... hide ...
