I have lived at these apartments for close to 20 years in total I have never had a problem with fixing anything or crazy neighbors and the few neighbors that I have encountered through the years have been priceless The rent is reasonable especially for someone living an income based life as a senior I have lived in many places but this is the one apartment 2020-05-20T16:13:15Z

A friend of mine referred me to Palmetto Preserve because I was looking for a reasonable place to live for my son and I Every other place we checked for a 2bd 2ba was in the thousands something I couldnt afford or they would ask me if I had any other income When she told me about PPA I was able to check out her apartment and I liked it The only thing I didnt like was how the closest was set up but other than that we loved the apartment However the side she lived on I didnt like because of children being on peoples cars and in the breezeways and peoples dogs wasnt on leashes Almost didnt apply But I still applied because I knew this place is what I could afford I just asked the leasing manager if we could have a top floor and quiet area Before I knew it I received a phone call that I was on the top of the list and got approved for a 2bd 2ba on the quiet side My son and I havent had no complaints about what I mentioned earlier on the side were on lol Going on 1yr living here and plan to stay until we get a house We love our friendly neighbors but not the stray cats For the most part they dont bother you I say give them a chance if your looking for somewhere affordable and with reasoning You never know you may like it more ... hide ...
