We have lunch every day at 1130 Hawthorne pay for 14 lunches a year We go on trips They take us out for shopping and lunch We also have our own pitch in at our event we plan within the bulding Ive been here 3yrs and loving it

They are very noisy and rude Constant harassment of an ESA animal and then they threatened to call animal control on my dog

The office and maintenance staff have always been amazing to me They are always polite and get things done quickly Ive never had any issue with bugs or rodents the entire time Ive lived here although pest control is provided monthly if needed It is public housing but the interior of the apartments have been redone quite nice The grounds are kept immacula 2017-06-27T02:46:28Z
The office and maintenance staff have always been amazing to me They are always polite and get things done quickly Ive never had any issue with bugs or rodents the entire time Ive lived here although pest control is provided monthly if needed It is public housing but the interior of the apartments have been redone quite nice The grounds are kept immaculate thanks to the maintenance guys and woman I see out every day picking up trash pulling weeds cleaning dumpster areas et cetera These people work hard and it is sad to see so much garbage being thrown about after hours and on weekends Beechwood is definitely not in the safest or quietest area of town but it isnt a bad choice for those with low income needing the subsidised rent to help them out more ... hide ...
