We tried desperately to get into these apartments and ran out of time Before selling our house we filled out an application We were told that we were 73 on the waiting list but that we could get in sooner because of the income group we were in Three weeks or so later we were called and told there was an apartment available if we wanted it we needed to give 2017-09-18T22:36:56Z
We tried desperately to get into these apartments and ran out of time Before selling our house we filled out an application We were told that we were 73 on the waiting list but that we could get in sooner because of the income group we were in Three weeks or so later we were called and told there was an apartment available if we wanted it we needed to give a check for 100 to hold it We explained our urgency because we were going to sell our house and needed to know we had a place We are then told that we had be approved before we could move in Why We have given them 100 to hold an available apt Because they didnt have a manager on site the paperwork got stuck in limbo and phone calls not returned for several weeks The week our house sold they called and said We should know by the end of the week if we got approved By then it was too late We forfeited 100 because of their BAD business practice SO BEWARE OF STONEGATE RIPPING YOU OFF more ... hide ...

Not as friendly as they were years ago when my mom was out here They do things so differently than any place that I have ever lived Its all cheaply put together and there is always something that needs to be repaired Is that all the elderly and disabled deserve Cmon show some respect

Sold my house moved here Tony Complex Mgr is doing a great job Love that it is Green certified you are moving in some things are not completed but they are getting everyone settled in comfortably

I lived here a year ago and it was an amazing experience Best apartment Ive ever rented to be honest Angie helped me out at the time with getting set up and everything Im not sure if shes still there but she was truly amazing My husbands military and we got out of our contract as expected when he received orders and it was such a smooth process Especially wh 2020-02-02T13:30:52Z
I lived here a year ago and it was an amazing experience Best apartment Ive ever rented to be honest Angie helped me out at the time with getting set up and everything Im not sure if shes still there but she was truly amazing My husbands military and we got out of our contract as expected when he received orders and it was such a smooth process Especially when check out process came D I was moving everything with a family members help and it was not easy with a small child to say the least but Angie came to the apartment to pick up the keys and everything for me and it was just one less thing to worry about that I obviously still remember bc I appreciated it greatlynnDuring my stay I definitely felt safe with the doors being so sturdy and the keys etc The only issues I ever encountered were due to my car It was broken into a couple of times and I wasnt able to see the tapes without police involved and of course the police didnt think it was worth it bc my car at the time wasnt newer Id say thats more of the cops fault for not bothering with paperwork or getting back to me as promised rather than the apt complex I can understand why they have the rules they donnAnother small issue was parking On weekends specifically Saturday or Friday nights I would get home with my 1yr old late from work and have to park across the street on the opposite side of the buildings and walk quite a way in the snow just bc people visitors who didnt have parking tags were parking in spaces reserved for people that lived there That was very frustrating honestlynnBut other than that the apartments themselves are perfect for people like me that just wanted something nice but smaller Appliances were wonderful and the floors and overall design were beautiful My favorite quality was the large windows So especially if youre a plant lover like me I recommend itnnalso editing to add I had a great experience with maintenance as well when my sons sippy cup lid fell and melted on the dish washer heating element and the guy came by to remove it promptly he was very nice and kept it quiet so my son could sleep I really appreciated that a lotnnAlso I saw another review on here saying people get incentives for Starbucks gift cards lol and while I love me some Starbucks I can tell you I live over 1k miles away and my review is not based upon that I just hope this helps people make a decision either way bc I am one to check reviews for everything lol more ... hide ...

This is a wonderful place I moved my mom in here in August and I cant tell how much Michele and Marie have helped me Not only did they work with me to get all the paperwork taken care of because I was moving my mom from out of state but they continue to help me when I have concerns even when its not apartment related They are awesome people with hearts of go 2017-11-06T17:24:14Z
