I moved in July 17 2020 and killed my first roach EVER in my life a week later I called the office to notify them that I killed TEN BIG ROACHES and manyyy baby roaches throughout my unit and ironically they already have a pest management team Very convenient huh Me and my small child were moved into an infested apartment building M I joined a pest control list where they came out once a week but honestly each time it seemed to attract more roaches I took measures into my own hands due to the unsatisfactory of their attempts Late at night you cannot enjoy sitting on your balcony or patio because there are BATS Lots of bats I am moving out within a few days and couldnt be more relieved about my lease being up Maybe I can actually have a housewarming at my new place without the embarrassment of an untrustworthy infested facility Stephanie is rude as hell and extremely unprofessional I had a man follow me home from a nearby grocery store TWICE wearing gloves and attempting to lure my Son his way in broad daylight YES HE MADE IT PASS SECURITY I did not feel safe on this property Even while packing my belongings I have found numerous roach eggs which I will include a photo of This place is disgusting and between managements attitude the infestation of roaches the creeps nearby and the bats I dont know what sucks the worse This establishment is TRASH and a waste of time if youre looking for peace more ... hide ...

I gave 3 stars because overall my apartment is nice I have been here almost 4 years In home washer and dryer huge balcony plus storage central air and I have never felt unsafe However the office staff is a different story there has been a pretty significant turnover rate which states a lot As far as maintenance I dont have many complaints for the most part t 2022-06-01T13:51:46Z
I gave 3 stars because overall my apartment is nice I have been here almost 4 years In home washer and dryer huge balcony plus storage central air and I have never felt unsafe However the office staff is a different story there has been a pretty significant turnover rate which states a lot As far as maintenance I dont have many complaints for the most part they are on time and proactive and a lot of times they have much better communication then the leasing office However currently I have been without air for almost 5 days on the 3rd floor As you can imagine my unit is hot a humid reaching as high as 89 degrees in home I have reached out to the leasing office multiple times concerning this issue and nothing has changed Understandably it was a holiday weekend so Im sure they were busy but living in a 80 degree unit is almost unbearable The office staff was very rude and condescending Yesterday I call multiple times to insure my air was fixed by the time I came home It was their first day in office after the holiday and I was assured by maintenance it would be fixed First I was told I wasnt even on the list to be fixed after calling for 4 days straight speaking with multiple agents If that wasnt frustrating enough after I was added to the list and called later to follow up I was told that there was no way of knowing if maintenance had been in my home When I asked the agent on the phone how that could be she had no real explanation other then we will only know if its been fixed when you get home When I expressed to her that it didnt seem right for staff to enter units with no record she proceeded to get sarcastic with me and began addressing me as a child calling me pet names with no real concern for resolution Even after speaking with a manager about her unprofessionalism and my frustration with a hot and humid home nothing has been done I am now moving into day 5 with no air and it has been very difficult for me and my 6 yr old to be comfortable in our own home This is probably the worst situation Ive had to deal with with maintenance not being prompt but as far as the office staff it is a regular occurrence to experience insulting behavior Fortunately I dont have to deal with them often as they have online payments but when I do I can expect everyone to always be on a different page As well as sarcastic and condescending tones with little professionalism when it comes to problem solving and making sure tenants are happy more ... hide ...

A heads up for anyone applying If you apply and pay a application fee of 5000 and pay the holding fee of 25000 to hold the apartment you were interested in and decide not to rent after reading the lease terms you will not get your holding fee of 25000 back I understand not receiving the application fee back but if you are not going to rent the apartment why 2022-06-09T16:38:51Z

I would give this restaurant minus four stars if I could Service was terrible the salmon stank very fishy and although the menu says grilled it was cooked in the oven so it tasted boiled Shrimp was rubbery and of course NOT grilled The cream sauce looked like cottage cheese When I brought this to the servers attention and told him that the meal wasnt edible 2022-06-23T00:30:14Z
