If I could give zero stars I would THE WORST PLACE YO BE A CNA the hostility the nurses have toward CNA staff is disgusting Especially the male night nurse Apparently it is unacceptable to leave at the end of your shift when scheduled to do so take a meal break sit or drink anything while working bcuz youll be accused of being lacy The resident restrooms are a nightmare to get in and out of and help a resident There are no handicap accessible doors on this facility and there are no cleaning supplies such as cleaning spray mop mop bucket available to staff to help maintain resident room cleanliness I worked for this facility as a medicalodge employee for five shifts before anyone realized I actually worked for medicalodge and not an agency The company doesnt provide any policies or management phone numbers accessible to staff either at the open nurses station or in a book The facility is in dire need of updating and the sit to stand and Boyer lifts are outdated and in need of major attention Most of the resident beds are hand crank beds and the rooms have old big back tvs with pictures that come in staticy Save yourself the shoulder pain that I received and headache from being accused of being lacy all bcuz youre sitting to chart or accused of not caring for your residents when all but two are in bed at the end of your shift bcuz the nurses are lazy and dont want to help do physical labor with the residents They just want to chart and pass meds more ... hide ...
