Well to me there are very good Apartments high maintenance not too much not too less Got you have Walgreens CVS fast food gas station are all right there in the same perimeter I say its a nice place to live

Wellmaintained and pleasant people workingeven though they denied me because my felony is not five years since my conviction date after they told me they accept felons I paid them the application fee and everything elsewhen I got denied because they do not mess with feelings for you has to be five years since your last felony convictionso that means if you got convicted of it on April 12th of 2008 five years after you got sentenced or pled guilty orvwhatever happen to you and then your time starts after 5 years on April 12th 2013 then they will rent to you and it dont matter if you have violent crimes or or worse they will not deny you because of your felony charge at that time because you would have had to walk down some time on papers meaning parole or probation but they dont really give out probation for felonies more ... hide ...

I love here 2 yr the new manager lied to get me evicted and said I owed rent when I didnt pay rent it was a mistake from the utility company when I first moved in that I had to call them and go back to their recordings to verify that they put the lights in my name and I would constantly be harassed about this hundred and 52 and then she took me to a court to 2022-05-27T11:27:19Z
I love here 2 yr the new manager lied to get me evicted and said I owed rent when I didnt pay rent it was a mistake from the utility company when I first moved in that I had to call them and go back to their recordings to verify that they put the lights in my name and I would constantly be harassed about this hundred and 52 and then she took me to a court to evict me saying I agreed to pay 110 plus late fees equal 152 which was the amount of the light bill and do to me not properly reading the paper and sending my response to their lawyer and not the court also they ruled in her favor and when I called to try to get the situation under control and offered to pay the rent or whatever she still refused to let me pay the money and evict me and my four kids when Im not even from Kansas Im from Michigan and I told her I will have nowhere to go and she still refused to come to any kind and agreement when she lied on the false pretenses to the court but I am following up with the court for a lawsuit and the thing is I loved my apartment Im a person who stays to myself so what goes on outside I didnt care about I stayed inside and minded my own business but because of the experience with the new manager I give it a onestar more ... hide ...
