These apartments are terrible I do not recommend any move here they need major work and maintenance is terrible they neverclean or keep outside of the buildings nice I couldnt even have companytheres drug activity the people of work on the leadingg office seems to be people who are on drugs

Easily a 25 to 3 stars I lived here for three and half years starting in 2013 The property manager at that time was wonderful to work with and was awesome about getting back in touch with me It was sad when he left I did like the property manager after him but I did notice that issues were tended to in a timely manner Plus having teens in the basement smoke 2020-09-27T14:37:53Z
Easily a 25 to 3 stars I lived here for three and half years starting in 2013 The property manager at that time was wonderful to work with and was awesome about getting back in touch with me It was sad when he left I did like the property manager after him but I did notice that issues were tended to in a timely manner Plus having teens in the basement smoke pot to have it reach my unit on the second floor was not pleasant Not offense to those who smoke I just didnt like my apt smelling like it Also the AC will not cool an apt on the second floor It would easily reach 85 degrees unfortunately there wasnt anything that could be done I was treated well and appreciated the storage spaces that we were able to rent as well For me this was a great transition property more ... hide ...

I have to say that management here is great Times I be wanting to move cause of some of the residents here cant control their kids But when I do move Im taking Mindy and Yesi with me You will not find another team as good as them on another property

I can not tell you how disappointed I am Kelsey absolutely refused to listen to me or my sisters complaints about water pouring into her apartment There is a massive hole in her ceiling with rain water pouring out on to the floor The water has filled up 3 12 trash cans full of water The water has been pouring out since FRIDAY Kelsey has known the entire time 2022-05-03T19:30:01Z

Been here a year my things break does not get fixed I have a fire hazard in my closet that was supposed be fixed when I first moved in and it never did they have a bug problem that they seem to not be able to get rid of and one of the maintenance guys are rude says he can do what he wants because he works here I keep to myself try not to bother the front but this place will turn someone who is nice into someone who is mean I work and I come home thats all I do I stay to myself with me and my kid I would not recommend living here unless you like living with people going in and out of your unit people getting drunk and fighting throughout the nights any day of the week and if you like bugs and then the employees being rude If youre OK with all that then this is the place for you I dont see how this plays has not been shut down in All honest truth I have black mold they have not fixed you cant live in black mold I am very patient but after year living here in the unhealthy living addition because they dont come fix it is not oka and causes health issues If I can leave I would in a heartbeat my lease is almost up as soon as it is I will be leaving I tried to contact hired in the front office to see if anything can be done DO NOT LIVE HERE What ever you do DO NOT LIVE HERE Ps I spoke with the front offices manager offered to send her pictures in email about the things but she said that does not show anything she will not understand I repeated to her what her employees told me and she told me that makes no sense well of course not but thats what your employees said to me she was not professional so I asked if I could speak with the actual owner she said no so therefore theres no way of getting this place better I dont see them ever becoming good TURN AND RUN DONT EVEN THINK OF THIS PLACE AS AN OPTION more ... hide ...
