Reaching out here because I feel stuck with communication about the property This place has been the worst living experience I have ever had and am appalled at reading through these 5 star reviews they seem so fake and far from my personal experience it is unreal This company and property manager lack communication empathy and the desire to help their residents Im currently on day 3 of not having hot water for example It is not unusual to have my water shut off for days at a time And there is no way for me to reach out to anyone else in the company Monarch if you cared at all about your residents here there needs to be changes made to your management There is so much potential in the location but all of that means nothing if you do not put effort in making your residents happy Everything breaks all of the time Good luck on having the basics like closet doors or screens in your window In fact when we moved in there was a vodka bottle on the back porch and glass in our living room floor Even more of a surprise on move in day we found out we actually dont have the second bathroom we wanted but instead an extra closet That should have been our sign to leave immediately and I regret every day we did not I would not recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a place to call home more ... hide ...
