So they do inspections on the apartments every year but they still havent figured out that the apartment that my mom is living in has faulty wiring and we had to spend all night trying to figure out what was going on also the foundation of the apartments are shifting and the owners ordered for some new roofs instead of making sure the apartments are livable

North Park apartments are the worst place to live Tenants do what they want regardless of the lease agreements rules The manager doesnt answer the phone you leave a voice message you get no response back If you are looking for peaceful living North Park apartments are not for you If you are looking for apartments where the manager manages the property this place is not The mold in the apartment and especially behind the walls is deplorable The lease agreement is broken all the time This place seriously deserves a zero The harassment you face at this place from the tenant and their visitors is hard to deal with You complain about the problems you deal with from tenants and their guest management will do nothing People who love this kind of living are the ones moving in North Park has new owners I hope they can make living there better so it can attract appreciative residents I hope they will address the loud music coming from the units Enforcing the rules rather than writing them down on paper will help a lot Residents that have others living in their unit are a problem that needs addressing Pets that are not allowed are a problem Make North Park peaceful for the people who appreciate it and need it These things will make North Park a better place to live and attract people who deserve it

Round of applause for these apartments Loved the amenities from the gym to the grilling areas to the pools and basketball courts Ladies in the office were always very nice professional and understanding Maintenance was top tier They fixed things in a timely manner and if there was any hold up they made sure to remind you that they havent forgotten about the issue People tend to forget that these are apartments so you may not be the only one with apartment problems Along with that there may be times when you hear neighbors making a bit of noise or playing music Being in a career field that moves constantly Ive had my experiences with many different places already and I can honestly say these apartments have been my favorite by far Hope this helps future tenants make a confident decision
