I moved in less than a month ago The day after I moved in to take a shower no hot water Miss work n taking care of my other personal business The apartment refuse to take responsibilities for there action Im sorry I moved in here all readynnKandice is not to be trusted she will lie to cover her ass when her Supervisor is present I know hate is a strong word But I hate a lyeeerrrrr then lie with a straight face I inform Kandice the door to the washer dryer it need a repair she stated ok Ms Roberta you did it she itnnI dont even work for the company n I had to show Nathlie how to do her job When I 1st came here she pretend the system was down but when I went into the office Nathlie was on the phone talking to her worker about her child support Tell da people she need him to pay more money The phone rang again in the office she didnt ask the person who she was on her personal phone with hold on she let the phone rang and kept talking about child support I know because she spelled my name wrong on the letter I had to bring to EntergynEverytime you look up they are in the office on personal phone calls letting the office phone ring What Im not understanding Kandice explain to me when I 1st came here that yall wall in da process of getting da gate fix This how she lie so much gate just got approve to get fix that she claim n its not still fix where is my safety She claim they waiting on the people I used to do type of work What Nathlie Kandice her da one who was in da meeting on 9262017 I may look young but I not dumnnFor Kandice Supervisor go n tell me about what other apartments dont check im not concern about them i paid Barataria Station my money n no one else I wish u would give Kandice Nathlie a lie detective test Another thing u was very professional u have lead by example So i see why they lying bc the supervisor is lying as well Furthermore i wish i would have turned around so you could have call the police on me the judge could handle this situation This what wrong with yall ppl wants to try run other business n dont know what yall doing as u did stat your company did drop the ball so i need to be reimbursed for what i ask for like Kandice stated she would have paid it back to me Oops I forgot she going lie and say she didnt say that either Thats why i say i hate a lier more ... hide ...

Nice apartments the 1 bedroom are perfect for 1 person its just the right size for me I dont live there but many years ago I lived there with my sister for awhile in a 2 bedroomalthough I did fill out an application for a 1 bedroom but got place on a waiting list and by the time they called me it was to late I had already found a place Im wounding how long 2020-05-01T02:23:30Z

Like other recent reviews the management really doesnt care about tenants I had to live here for over 2 years The rent went up every year for no appreciation in the property Except when they installed flood lights in main areas after a corpse was found on premise 2 Mardi Gras ago Drug use is common in this complex which honestly doesnt bother me as an adult 2020-09-21T17:36:03Z
Like other recent reviews the management really doesnt care about tenants I had to live here for over 2 years The rent went up every year for no appreciation in the property Except when they installed flood lights in main areas after a corpse was found on premise 2 Mardi Gras ago Drug use is common in this complex which honestly doesnt bother me as an adult people can do what they want as long as theyre not hurting others but there are lots of parents with young children who live here this place is cheap which is its draw I get it its part of the reason I moved in I could go on and on and on about all Ive experienced and seen here in my 2 years It was pointless to report anything to management I discovered things where either not repaired or barely repaired and not to what they should be Im just glad to have my hands washed of this place I made my mistakes living here sure some of this is my fault I could have done better research Thats why Im here to say dont live here if its at all possible for you its not worth it find another spot Im so relieved to be gone and in a safer area more ... hide ...

Lady who run it truly cares she keeps everything very nice My moms place is always so nice its like being a kid again hanging out with the older people
