Extremely unprofessional I recently lost my job and was about to be homeless I have never been in this predicament so I called and wanted to get some information The same lady that is there has an attitude from hell Ive visited that place multiple times When I first went there it was a problem from the beginning I asked for information and it was very evident that it was one part of the job that she did not feel she was obligated to do Fine I sucked it up and went about my merry way The second visit I waited for two hours until she got back in the office WITHIN OFFICE HOURS The doors were locked and no one was there When she arrived she showed not the least bit of empathy or concern She did not apologize for my time waiting for hours I just called to see where our application was in the application process She proceeds to have an attitude saying You just turned it in last week Again I am following up to see if there was any information that came back So she says Well I dont know what you want me to do Its fine Hang on I want Chris to listen to this So she says Repeat what you just said I let her know I dont understand why you have an attitude or why you needed a third party I have no problem repeating myself Every single time I go in you have an attitude That is ridiculous I didnt ask for attitude So she says I havent had an attitude Ive never talked to you in my life Its not my fault that you dont know how the system works I said That is highly unprofessional of you Your job is to assist the customer not to argue You should know better than that Thats ridiculous and I then hung up That is ridiculous If you can not serve your customers happily then that is your own personal problem You need to have more respect and empathy than that Your job is not to be a downright nasty human
