This is a place you dont wanna live Ms Terri the manger has the most nasty attitude when you tryna to talk to her Apartments has been Unlivable since the storm but still want full rent to be paid Lived for month with no walls and mold Still apart isnt finish three bedroom apartment but only one room can be accessed But again full rent has to be paid Apartmen 2022-06-16T17:36:15Z

I love the houses but the maintenance and office staff need to be replaced with more qualified individuals New maintenance person every 3 months and it depends on the specific problem it could take months to get it fixed The office staff often have attitudes The office is closed sometimes when it suppose to be open Whoever own the property need to reevaluate 2017-05-16T13:33:34Z

Ive been living here going on 3 years and am very satisfied with the Manager and the maintenance man The manager runs a tight ship so its been very peaceful here Ive only had to call for maintenance a couple times but when I did it was taken care of promptly and professionally Great place to live
