I have been a resident of City View in the Square for two years There are many things to do at City View We are within walking distance of the Farmers Market where you can get fresh producenOn Fridays we have a Walmart Shuttle bus which is complimentary so we can do some shopping The city bus stops right in front of our door on regular basis every day of 2019-05-10T15:19:12Z
I have been a resident of City View in the Square for two years There are many things to do at City View We are within walking distance of the Farmers Market where you can get fresh producenOn Fridays we have a Walmart Shuttle bus which is complimentary so we can do some shopping The city bus stops right in front of our door on regular basis every day of the week City View also owns a van which will take us to other stores and sometimes restaurants throughout each month We have onsite service coordinators who help us with paperwork and facilitate other types of assistancenThere are important safety features at City View One is that all apartments have fire sprinklers Sprinklers are prevalent around the building and well maintained Another safety feature is secured entry to the building You must have a key fob as a member or be admitted by a member in order to enter the buildingnWe have many activities at City View We are a cooperative which means there are opportunities for volunteers to help with tasks in the building We also have dinners cook outs bingo on friday nights and birthday celebrations nI live on the 14th floor and have a great view of the west side of Kalamazoo It is especially beautiful in the Fall when the leaves change colors and at night when the lights are blinking This is a wonderful place to live and to call home more ... hide ...

DO NOT move here This WHOLE building is INFESTED with bed bugs They will fix the symptom but NOT the cause They will make you do a ton of work and spend a ton of money to prepare your apartment and then poison your apartment with dangerous health damaging treatments that dont work because the ACTUAL cause of the bed bugs is that the bed bugs are in the INFRA 2022-07-01T17:19:08Z
DO NOT move here This WHOLE building is INFESTED with bed bugs They will fix the symptom but NOT the cause They will make you do a ton of work and spend a ton of money to prepare your apartment and then poison your apartment with dangerous health damaging treatments that dont work because the ACTUAL cause of the bed bugs is that the bed bugs are in the INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE WALLS OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING A reinfestation WILL occur but the residents will not tell the office because of the amount of work and poisons they have to endure Skyrise is KNOWN for having this issue they were condemned before by the health department for this very issue and it still continues The health department needs to condemn the building again and KEEP it condemned until they treat the infrastructure CORRECTLY more ... hide ...

I wish this apartment allowed pets like dogs and cats or maybe bunnies but it doesnt and the brick color isnt good change the brick color to grey and itll be good also the roads are bumpy or patched near the driveways

DO NOT MOVE HERE This place is literally infested with bed bugs and just recently roaches My great Aunt moved here years ago and loved it at first However with the new owners this place has literally went to the dumps The reason they had to redo all the apartments is because of a fire since then it has gone to Hell If you have any respect or care about the 2015-06-30T03:42:27Z
