Celebrating my first year here at 600 NoBe and could not be happier Starting with absolutely loving the property and the sleek design attention to detail in the units with the selected fixtures and flooring The absolutely amazing views and accessibility to all things Atlantic City The only property here in AC that has access to the beautiful ocean as well as the bay Just steps away from the boardwalk and all the casinos with the fabulous restaurants and also steps away from Gardners Basin inlet in which you can enjoy the beautiful bay and all the fun outdoor restaurants and water activitiesnnOf course if you do not feel like leaving the property you can just enjoy the absolutely beautiful pool with cabanas and outdoor grills Also enjoy a game of pool shuffle board or just enjoy relaxing with coffee and watching TV in the common areasnnMost importantly the staff are amazing friendly and are on top of all things 600 NoBe to make you feel like this is truly your homennAlso important to note security is a top priority here at Nobe Not only is the actual property and the parking garage monitored but they monitor the exterior of the property as well Safety firstnnEnjoy a few pictures from my unit on the fifth floor along with the beautiful views 600 NoBe my home more ... hide ...

Excellent I came to visit a cousin from PR the facilities are in very good condition the apartments are comfortable excellent security it would be a pleasure to LIVE in a place like this

It is a Wonderful place to live Neighbors are friendly 24 hour security Close to everything Beach Casino Shops I have never seen a bug or rodent as a disgruntled tenant suggested

This place is okay for the most part Though there are a lot of things that could be fixed for sure The number one thing is the fact that October through almost May the apartment temperature fluctuated between 7585 for those months 85 is way to hot I understand that there are some older folks that live here but that doesnt mean that almost 350 people should suffocate Yes my heat was turned off but it was still way too hot The apartment windows only open about 35 for safety reason Which I get but it doesnt get barely any air in It could be 85 for 35 days then it will change back down to 75 Which 75 is a normal temperature for most placesnUpon asking they said that it was a law which I get they need to turn the heat on but 85 Seriously fix it The website to which I found this place fibs with their parking Yes there is a small parking lot that can hold up to about maybe 1520 cars Im not sure I dont actually count There is no garage no assigned parking spot It was on a third party website truily Something like that Do not advertise it as so The elevators sometimes work for the most part They turned off the power for 3 hours no warning They were switching from breaker to fuse They typically will put notices in elevators but there was nothing Only a couple floors have laundry and they are smallest machines However since moving in November 2 floors have yet to worknOnce my lease is up I will be finding a new place For my first place it was okay at best However not worthy enough to sign on for another year Only two small dumpsters for almost 350 people Gets full very fast and then trash is left all over Please consider getting at least a 3rd onennPronFriendly staffnpackages are left with them and you have to sign them out They will also call you most of the time mostly during the weekdaynThey have carts if you need to haul something from your car to your roomnMini mart on the first floornThe friendly boardwalk cat that they havent kicked out yetnHas a fairly modern look to itnFaces either the ocean or the city so thats nicenThey once called me to move my car before it was going to get towed more ... hide ...

I like the layout of the apartments and problem was that they are very very slow and getting you approved to move in
