Ive been living here over a year now I actually love it I see some complaints from people and I can say I have none They will actually work with you True indeed their has been been issues but what apartment complex doesnt Maintenance is greatlandscape is good Everything Ive requested has been done I recommend these apartments

Ive been here since 2018 its now 2021 this place looks good from the outside But if you value your health stay away Mole is everywhere and management is in denial

Do something about the mice infestation near the apartments by the pool That hole by the walkway that they refuse to fix is letting mice in I got 7 different mice on a glue trap in 3 days Thats disgusting They refuse to do anything about them and you cant talk to anyone Because they wont pick up the phone Im about ready to report them to the health departme 2022-10-22T00:12:23Z

The 11 years Ive resided at this apartment complex has created more anxiety than worth it For it to be HUD housing Ive probably paid close to purchasing a house In the time Ive resided at Tera Gardens I think this year is the nicest the property manager has been I feel because of individuals socio economic status at this location the Property Manger Sherry f 2015-09-09T19:36:44Z
The 11 years Ive resided at this apartment complex has created more anxiety than worth it For it to be HUD housing Ive probably paid close to purchasing a house In the time Ive resided at Tera Gardens I think this year is the nicest the property manager has been I feel because of individuals socio economic status at this location the Property Manger Sherry feels like she can treat you like a low dog I am thankful to the Assistant Property Manger Diane for being willing and able to work with me For a year I was overcharged in rent due to their mistake yet no reimbursement was made however if you make any sort of mistake you will be held accountable for the mistake and be either evicted made to re pay them or looked at like you intentionally tried to lie You are expected to abide by a no smoking policy that Management doesnt even follow They supposedly claim to value their residents however this is not how Ive been treated more ... hide ...

I would advise anyone looking for an apartment please look elsewhere The outside may look presentable however the apartments have so many issues that the price is not even worth it They have keys to the doors in which the locks are broken I have resided in the complex for two years and there are so many issues its ridiculous Ive had an issue with a water back up that was not caused by me however caused by covering of the drainage pipes in my building It has been over 30 days since the issue happened and it is yet to be straightened out I have a son that has a medical issue and that wasnt even taken into consideration There is a lot that I can actually say about this apartment complex but bottom line do not move innnUpdate on past reviewnI HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT rent from them This issue is not even with the onsite property management They are just the employees but it is obvious to me that UPPER management Regional Property Manager is an entire different STORY A person of upper management escalated to an issue in which I have no other recourse to go ABOVE AND BEYOND what should have been called for I see that upper management has no regards for the residents and will go the extent of not being forthcoming about addressing and fixing an issue Being rude and down right condescending to a resident who pays rent to stay there is bad for business My issue that could have been something easy to resolve has to turned into downright disrespect for the resident An issue that was directly caused by the complex with covering of a drainage pipe with damage to my property and my family and I unable to stay in the apartment for a some days has escalated to something that I would give no stars for if I could more ... hide ...

Very nice and clean community to live in The apartments are in good shape inside and out If you have issues the maintenance staff will help out within a few days Faster for emergencies of coursenI talk to the management employees and maintenance staff in the leasing office frequently or sometimes just in passing Very downtoearth an genuine people They seem to care about the communitynWe also have community events like food trucks BBQs bingo etc at least once a monthnThe area and especially the apartment complex feels safe And its remarkably quiet at all times of the day I thought it would be much more hectic but its actually quite calmnThe pool and gym are nice and never too busynWe dont hear much from our neighbors below or next to us Were on the 3rd floor so I cant speak for above us Not sure if everyone near is is just quiet or if the insulation is goodnWhats not so nice are the cockroaches or water bugs that you have to deal with once in a while They are very active during summer nights Especially if youre farther to the back of the complex near the garbage compactor I usually see about one every night in the stairwell up to my apartment However they dont make it into your apartment very often Ive seen three in the house in about a month While theyre scary they want nothing to do with you Just eliminate them with a shoe or something And if one gets away they will either die in the house soon in some corner or leave the house again The likelihood of seeing the same one twice is very lownThe apartment does do regular pest control But you just cannot avoid every single one Thats just part of living in a big apartment community in this climatenI would not hold this against this place since I am sure that many other places deal with the same thing when there are lots of people producing a lot of trashnnI would recommend this place to anyone more ... hide ...

Nice Quiet and very Friendly environment and Staff Got Holiday gifts Happily Merrily delivered to my door by a Staff cant beat the nice gesture no matter how small plus any plumbing heating cooling cleanup or neighbor disturbance issues was resolved or addressed effectively very promptly with near lightning speed not exaggerating but it was so prompt swift and efficient I wont complain at allnnI owned two homes for many years prior been a landlord still own a BIG home and moved in here because of service related temporary PCs move and dont understand most of the complains in the reviews they got basically keeping your home very clean sanitizing keeps any kind of pests away and taking personal cleanliness initiatives go a very long way There are pests everywhere period they also come and go depending on the weather too so it can depend on your personal level of cleanliness to stop attracting and harboring them We get it many buildings are old yet not an excuse this one strive with maintenance I just noticed that some tenants get this nice place maybe through subsidized govt rates and for cheaper and do not know or wont properly dispose their wastes trash and unwanted items so the workers as I notice are constantly cleaning up same spots or places always cleaning after them everyday The current management seem to put in that extra effort to keep up to bring the place back to Awesome that it should be was and actually isnnPrevious management must have run it bad and down A few times I was out in the field and when I moved in newly I had items shipped but was unavailable during delivery window but the staff had a high level of courtesy to secure them in my room am not saying for others to use them but I am a service member and cant control my availability sometimes due to emergency work call requirements or deploymentsnnThis is a very Military Service Member Friendly and Supportive environment And for all these pluses good positive intents good spirits hard work and more They deserve a RockSolid 5 STAR more ... hide ...
