This is the best place to get a fresh start I have taken so many individuals to Partnership Village Must have a job and seriously looking for a new fresh start this is the place to apply They have studios and apartments for families If you know anyone in need of housing that has a job take them there Possible waiting list Worth the wait

I am compelled to share my experience The worst apartment I ever lived in my entire life STAY AWAY and live somewhere else I am attaching some pictures for your reference Hawthorne still hasnt paid me back for the damage they have caused during maintenance I resided here for 6 years and I experienced 4 water leaks every time the tenant immediately above my unit moved outnnNot only that the apartment failed to provide 24hour maintenance violating the lease but I also had growing molds each time I experienced a water leak When the maintenance crew finally responded to my maintenance request and showed up to clean molds in my unit they sprayed toxic Kilz without notifying me first or convertingprotecting my personal belongings They also sprayed toxic Kilz over my belongings and all over the floor in my bathroom as seen in the pic As result they ended up damaging 435753 worth of personal property Furthermore they never showed up to clean the floor even though I requested itnnDespite all the facts Hawthornes lawyer manipulated the fact and now stating that I have rejected their maintenance requests I will keep commenting here until Hawthorne agrees to settle andor pay 435753 in full more ... hide ...
