They tried to rip me apartment that didnt even exist and they tried to rip me off of my money I had to call my cousin Shannon Todd she works for Cromer real estate for her to call their corporate and let them know she knows what she was talkin about put the fear of God in them so she got me my money back me and my baby son I wouldnt send a dog over to stay

Been living here going on 4 years Great property management Maintenance is great Mount Vernon Staff is all ways professional and cares about there tenants They make it safe and clean environment to live in I would like to say thank you Keep on doing what you doingYall make it a great neighborhood

I have lived there two yearskeep to myself an dont bother anyoneMy biggest 2 complaints are that the people who live above you can make all the noise they want tolet their kids run wild the entire time they are homeand keep u and your child from getting any sleep at all and nothing is done about iteven though your lease states that no person is to disburb their neighbors in any wayI have made several complaints about these kids stomping on my ceilingrunning all thru their apt nonstopjumping off furniturebeating on my ceilingetcYet more than a yr lateri am still having the same issuesMy kid goes to school everydayso he needs sleepas do IMy 2nd complaint is that when I looked at my apt b4 I moved init hadnt been cleanedCarpetfloorsblindsetc had not been replacedsockets needed fixingsink cabinet needed replacing as did most of the blinds in aptand I didnt even have a stoveSince it took like 2 months for me to be able to actually move inI was assured that these things would be taken care of b4 I moved in but that I needed to go ahead an sign off on apt anywayso I didthinking that it would all be fixed before I moved inwrong Its been 2 yrs this past JuneNew carpet was promised the 1st summer I was here since it is worn outstained an tripping everybody up in entrance way both bedroomsPromised it again for this past Junean still nothingNot 1 thing has been fixed or replaced in my apt since I moved in and wasnt b4 I moved inI continue to trip over every carpet in all roomsmetal threshold between kitchen living rm still slices your foot if u step on itoutlet in bedroom hasnt been fixedsink cabinet hasnt been replaced and nothing else has been fixed in the 2 yrs Ive been hereThe blinds are so old that they crack and break if you just touch themof wich we havta pay 15 to replace each 1which wouldnt bother me if they had been replaced b4 I moved in like they were supposed to have beenI have ocd bad so all these things really drive me nutsesp the carpet wit all the former koolaid stains all over itas well as all the white paint they got all over itI cant even vac the carpet because its so worn out stained that it does no good to vacuumAll the apts ppl have moved out of since ive been here have had carpet floors replaced an all other work that needed doin was doneb4 the new tenants moved inEven ppl who have moved in 2 yrs after me has had their carpetfloorssinks and all replacedwhile I am still waiting yet againIt makes no senseI keep my apt cleanI dont cause any trouble with anyonean yet I still cant get the main things fixedI like my aptbut it needs work done asap and somebody should be able to make this woman upstairs keep her kids in lineIf they had to listen to them while trying to get to sleep or stay asleepit would be a different storyI already have a turbo stand up fan on wide openon both my side of the bedas well as on my grandsons side and we are sleeping wit pillows over our ears as well to try an knock out some of these kids noise but none of it has helped a bitI even spoke to the lady that lives up there an asked her to plez have her kids keep it down after 7pm when my kid is asleepShe apologizedsaid she didnt no it was that bad down below her an she agreed to stop them from doin all that after 7pmAll it did was get worse an worse from thenI would have gladly taken an upstairs apt for that very reasonbut needing 2 total hip replacements and having 2 bad knees made it impossible to go up an down stairs everydayso instead I am stuck gettin woke up every 2 hrs all nite by this ladys kids from the time we get in bed until between 10pmmidnight when she actually puts them to bed at nightJust to have it start all over as soon as they wake up or come home for the dayIts plain crazy to let your 3 an 2 yr old be that disrespectful to the ppl that they live abovein my caseshe lets them make all this noise all in her bedroomwhen she knows that hers is directly over mineSorry for the long rant something has gotta give asap more ... hide ...

there has been a recent remodel and with that cameras and a ride through officer is on site two times during the day at least and the upgrades and remodels are respectable

I dont leave there but I have family that does When to see my family in as was leave a member of the staff team there seems as if she was taking a picture of my car and I called to be sure if she was or not and she got real nasty and I felt it was disrespectful because if you taken a picture of someone property they have the right to know why

The small touches of this boutique hotel are what make it so worth it Milk and cookies served at 8pm every night The pillows are to die for so much so I asked what the brand was when I left Free and coffee in your room Comfy robes Chocolate bar on the pillow Breakfast voucher includes at Restaurant 151 The overall atmosphere is my favorite Ill be coming back
