Pathetic use of government money No actual assistance is being done here If you need Section 8 housing they tell you to wait until they approve you and when you get approved they give you a paper with a bunch of numbers that hasnt been updated in YEARS and tell you good luck finding something

Move here if you have no other choice at the time But if you care about who you live aroundmake this place as temporary as possible Not worth it The place itself is not bad and the work staff is great but the people there are awful You have a few that are decent but whew the rest are ghetto and make there place look trashy because they dont care

When I came to visit a friend on 1230 Some wild kids were playing around outside my friends door kicked at her door as if they were going to kick it in And from what she told me it wasnt the first time of this situation happening the property manager doesnt do anything to solve the issue Its not fair or acceptable that she has to feel someway to live in 2021-12-31T02:44:59Z

Being downstairs is terrible The flooring is terrible between both apartments Have complaint twice because of the stomping this man makes up there The first time I complained my car got keyed up Was told that cameras was supposed to go up not Manager did nothing about it Complain again what happened nothing But the one thing I can say is they keep it clean 2020-01-23T15:33:10Z

I have resided at this property for 6 years The quality of service and upkeep of the apartments have went downhill TREMENDOUSLY There is always frequent apartment managers and maintenance guys ALWAYS They use to make it a habit to let you know when someone new came on board have not seen this in years There use to be community based events that you could be apart of to voice your opinions and share your thoughts thats obsolete also Expect your rent to be paid on time or expect a late fee IMMEDIATELY and if you need any repairs expect them to get to it whenever its convenient for them not you the resident The list of repairs is most likely long bc no one stays in the positions long enough to get the work done or it becomes too much work early on for the employee There are two other properties being built under this company SEA POINTE and MARSH POINTE and theyre allowing SHELL POINTE to go down to the DOGS BEWARE Youve been warned more ... hide ...

Filled out an application in august 2018 they took money orders and claimed they loss the application filled another application out didnt have to pay again but never heard anything about it called several times and had to leave a message so I just stopped calling
