I am a resident of St Martin Village twinhome since September 2020 The size and layout of the twinhome is perfect for my needs as it was time for me to downsize and live less rurally I am very happy to no longer be singly responsible for home maintenance inside and out Im also looking forward to traveling again after COVID with little worry regarding my twin

Would rate 10 stars if I could Terrible smell when you walk in to go to the office and the manager gives you the run around when asking simple questions about an apartment then made my husband and I wait almost 2 months and only after a ton of phone calls messages and finally calling their back office for a straight answer of when the apartment would be ready after already paying 500 deposit that was only supposed to be 197 according to their ad and paper work but still got charged 500 All of that only to find out that someone was lying and it still isnt even ready Summary dont waste ur money on this scam of place because they are fast to take your money and try to dodge you but slow as hell and you have to fight to get ur money back
