Very friendly neighbors Clean grounds Close knit community Very wonderful apt Manager Miss Janet No pool No maintainence person Miss Janet fixes everything she can herself A little expensive

The apartment complex and individual apartments are great Very nice and clean apartments The only problem is that its located on the notorious Levert Avenue in Athens Probably the most crime ridden neighborhood in the city
