In late 2017 my truck tag was stolen from this complex while I was at work A couple of weeks later and unmarked tow truck hire by the management towed my truck without warning consent or even a card to where it could be retrieved I was told by neighbors that the rent office and the guy who towed my truck was in on it together Luckily I knew a Birmingham Police Officer whom helped me locate my vehicle I had to pay close to 300 to get it back The drivers side door lock had been broken so the key wouldnt work I called the rent office and got absolutely no help with the situation The rent constantly goes up here and management is sketchy Be ware of moving hereIn response to the reply from management My truck wasnt repossessed It was paid off And there were no rules broken No one warned me about anything because there was no violations I owned two vehicles my truck was parked in the visitors parking area and the Security at the time Manager and the tow truck guy was in kahoots together My vehicle was taken to an unmarked location Birmingham Police help me retrieve my truck Management is very dishonest at The Branch at Carson Springs more ... hide ...

I stayed here for years and they had mold in it and they did nothing but try to cover it up when I called him out on it they tried to evict me they raise the prices on the rent all the time when its incomebased the management is disrespectful to the residence treats them like theyre less than this place completely sucks
