I have had a very positive experience I found the listing for my apartment one night and the very next day I called to check on it Monica was fantastic explained everything perfectly for me If I need anything I just give her a call and she takes care of it for me Super friendly and super helpful She contacted one of the maintenance guys for me so I could do a walk through that morning and then let me come in right after to apply I knew in less than ten minutes of being in the office that I was approved I signed my lease the following day Very nice neighborhood nobody bothers you Apartments are very nice updated also If I need something fixed it does not take long for it to be fixed at all Highly recommend for anyone especially with a family more ... hide ...

Needs a lot of work on the fields and batting cages Parking is limited because it fills up fast The city really owes it to these kids to improve the ballfields There are no lights either Compared to other facilities in the Blount County area this park is rather pitiful I hope the city has plans to improve it The walking track is ok I dont know about the pool 2021-04-29T15:20:10Z
