Seems the smoking issues with the infiltration of second hand smoke entering my apartment just arent going to end I will ask you again to please find the source and eliminate this problem I have been sick for 2 weeks and I believe this is a factor in my healing process I will also be looking at other options on getting this problem solved April will be three 2019-03-26T10:27:20Z

This review is long overdue I was a tenant at Summer Waters from May of 2018 until August of 2019 Management was wonderful to me and my dogs If there was ever an issue with something needing to be fixed in my apartment maintenance was prompt and helpful The only issue I really had was my downstairs neighbors smoking in their apartment and the smoke comin 2020-09-03T13:20:43Z
This review is long overdue I was a tenant at Summer Waters from May of 2018 until August of 2019 Management was wonderful to me and my dogs If there was ever an issue with something needing to be fixed in my apartment maintenance was prompt and helpful The only issue I really had was my downstairs neighbors smoking in their apartment and the smoke coming upstairs into mine but management has since issued a nosmoking policy inside of the units I enjoyed taking my dogs into the yard to play with the Coosa River in the background All of my immediate neighbors were so nice and I enjoyed my time there Ive read negative reviews about management and all I have to say is that I followed the rules kept my apartment and surroundings as clean as if I owned it and paid my rent on time I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the management at Summer Waters and I thank them for helping me to feel at home there more ... hide ...

Their apartments are overrun with mice and other pests They do not care about anything but money They do not care about their tenants safety health and wellbeing Its horrible to try to charge someone because they refuse to live with MICE I had never seen a mice in person must less want to live with them and have my baby crawling around with them After i left 2020-05-18T14:48:36Z

Its a great place to leave I feel safe with my grandmother living there
