I applied for this apartment the first week of August The woman who I was told was an assistant manager ran my information and told me I was approved I wouldve been approved with no deposit if I didnt have an outstanding utility bill from my previous resident At the beginning of September I called for an updateCurtis guarantees me that Im approved and that hes sending my info to compliance I called everyday after to check the status so I would know when to prepare to change my daughters schoolhave my furniture deliveredand to have everything packed and ready About 2 weeks ago Curtis stopped answering and returning my calls Ive had to pay for storage for the furniture Ive bought I prematurely moved from the residence I was currently in bc of being misled by CurtisIve asked to speak to the manager Mia who Ive also left voicemails forso either my messages are being deleted or intentionally dismissed Ive been beyond understanding and grateful for their assistance but this is terrible terrible business at this point I do intend to file a formal complaint and it may become a legal matter bc of the money and Inconvenience caused due to someone elses lack of efficiency and professionalism Its disappointing and quite frankly the WORST approve as Ive ever experienced more ... hide ...
