I lived here far longer than I ever planned to Anyway managers come and go far too often I know of 9 in the time I lived there When I moved out they had just hired one for the first time in almost a year The district manager that shows up occasionally openly discriminates people of all colors as well If you have to call the police all you have to say is Morgan Trand they cut you off and ask what unit They are out there ALL THE TIME They let some people live there with 10 people in one unit while evicting others over having a baby over the limit Its HUD and I have no idea how they still get state funding Never EVER move your kids to this neighborhood I feel terrible that I ever did Luckily Im out now more ... hide ...

These apartments have major mildew and mold issues as well as constant issues with the ac units messing up Since hurricane sally most apartments have water damage so every time it rains now water comes in causing even more mildew and mold issues The plus side to these apartments is the police are there every single night So if you are ever in need of their 2020-10-26T03:25:04Z
These apartments have major mildew and mold issues as well as constant issues with the ac units messing up Since hurricane sally most apartments have water damage so every time it rains now water comes in causing even more mildew and mold issues The plus side to these apartments is the police are there every single night So if you are ever in need of their assistance 910 you can walk out your front door and they will be passing thru They are very friendly The apartments have a pool but you can only use it an hour at a time and you have to reserve your hour due to the virus going on Very kid friendly Watch out for the dog poop though It appears as though not many people know how to clean up after their animals anymore I must add I no longer live at these apartments I moved out two weeks ago so these were just the issues I had while residing there more ... hide ...
