AvoidnnIt is way overpriced for what you get There are no amenities other than a onsite laundry facility The apartments are old and cheaply built They rarely paint and keep the outside looking decent I can count on one hand since Ive lived here for 6 years The front desk is usually unavailable or they have attitudes for no reason The maintenance people are incompetent and dont really know how to fix things out side of things everyone knows to do Example AC not work change filter toilet is running twist the knob at the bottom No matter how many times you tell them stuff STILL isnt working they only do those basic things or front desk will give you an unnecessarily nasty attitude for trying to contact them about your issues Neighbors can be loud Most of them dont follow the rules of the complex like parking Loud music plays from cars People drive like maniacs They just HAVE to avoid the speed bumps so they will hit you instead of going over them Watch out Kids running around outside and in the street unattended Tenants let their dogs poop on the sidewalks and next to the cars Getting in and out of the complex can be difficult and dangerous because of that curve Its honestly not worth it the time or money more ... hide ...
