Horrible place The community itself is nice but the management and employees are terrible I bought a house and broke my lease early agreed to pay fees and she added on to what I already had to pay then half a months rent when I was moved out Took her almost two weeks to respond to my emails and calls and decided to tell me it was to late to set up a payment plan on her account of not responding that I could handle it with the collection company Secondly there were armed robberies going on in the apartment complex and they didnt bother to inform no one I found out from the news I would never recommend this placennTo respond to her comment yes there was You can see it on WKRG news there were exactly 3 robberies And yes you did charge an extra 200 I have the paperwork to prove it more ... hide ...

I have been living here for about 18 months I never been late with my rent and my kids and I mind our own business and dont cause trouble My problem is that my kids and I had been gone most of the day on 071420 and when we came home we notice that the glass door was shattered so I went straight to the office and reported it The ladies in the office said it was probably the lawn guys who shattered the glass door cause they have shattered other doors and they also stated they would send maintenance over to fix the door It was getting closer to the time for them to close so I follow up with them with a call about the door and the lady that answered the phone got smart stating what you want me to do about it and my respond was That is putting my kids and I in danger so the maintenance came put the wood up only cause I suggested it and he only put two screws in it and the wood was not properly installed so all the air is going outside which will cause a high light bill due to the AC constantly running I put up a Blanket to help keep theair in I now have to sleep on The sofa downstairs to ensure my kids safety and I am currently looking for some where to move cause it is obvious that Avalon Plaza does not care nor value the safety of their tenants On 071520 my son call me at work and stated he was coming downstairs and the maintenance man was inside the apartment and the maintenance man ask him didnt he hear him knock my son stated he said no and the maintenance man went out the door I found that strange considering they didnt fix the sliding glass door I notice When I came home that night the maintenance man had left apartment 124 house key on the table Like I said they dont care nothing about their tenants safety I wish I can post pictures that I took of how they installed the wood over the shattered glass door and the picture of of apartment 124 key I took laying on my table more ... hide ...

Hello I just want to say my stay here in the The Woods Community has been great I have live here a year an some months now the team really works with u on everything it takes a village but these guys get the job done and I love that about them
