The manager Regina Smith is so rude The unprofessionalism is pathetic to say the least Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and if you dont know how to deal with the public being a property manager is not the job for you She has a very nasty attitude Updating my review and will be coming back to update every time the lack of professionalism and lack of morals are displayed I put in a work order over a week ago with the Property Manager Regina My AC has been freezing up I placed the work order with her over a week ago and called back the same day I placed the work order due to no one not showing up She assured me that the work order had been placed Tell me why its been over a week and AC is still freezing up not blowing cool air Bushes around the apartment buildings and townhouses have grown so high to the point where the residents cant see nothing but bushes out of their window Its really sad how these apartments are being dragged down because of her lack of concern more ... hide ...

Worst place ever to live Had a broken toilet for a whole month before they fixed it Jeopardize my children and my life when somebody was shot right by my complex Not the best place to stay

I love it here Its peaceful no one standing out and great staff The only problem is the parking people leave there cars out here and its some that doesnt even work taking up parking space they should give everyone an decal or put the apt number on the ground so people can have their own spot I should not have to be at work 12 hours and have to park way out i 2021-04-07T21:12:11Z

My experience with Bristol Downs was bittersweet I was so excited to move into a complex that looked nice has a pool and nice neighbors but to my surprise it wasnt as nice as it seemed I moved in on July 29 16 being told that it was ready before the actual date I was supposed to move in August I had a audio space it was beautiful on the inside despite the wa 2017-01-06T19:03:12Z
My experience with Bristol Downs was bittersweet I was so excited to move into a complex that looked nice has a pool and nice neighbors but to my surprise it wasnt as nice as it seemed I moved in on July 29 16 being told that it was ready before the actual date I was supposed to move in August I had a audio space it was beautiful on the inside despite the water damage covered up by black paint in the bathroom and kitchen and a small in the cabinet on the floor by the fridge So not even a week in the apartment I had water coming from unknown places in my bathroom and my kitchen I put in a work order and the kitchen issue was fixed in due time The bathroom on the other hand was prolonged I was told it was fixed but over time the flooding kept happening So I had to do my own investigation and discovered that it was coming from the bathroom from the apartment above It was in the October that plumber came to check it out and put a hole in the wall without closing it up Then the maintenance men had to fix it after I complained so much over the span of about two weeks and threatened to leave with the other apartments issue still not resolved And when I discussed my plans on leaving it was dismissed and I was allowed to break the lease as if they didnt care There wasnt even an offer to move me into another apartment So when I did decide to leave the apartment I would stay away and come only to grab things I came home one night and the apartment was flooded like never before I put towels down and came back they too were still soaked Even when I was packing a friend and I got light headed from the smells that came from the water dripping possibly mold When I moved in neighbors would ask if everything was okay I thought they were being nosey but they knew something was wrong and informed me the tenant before me also complained and it also fell on deaf ears All in all I left and Im happy to be in a place without those problems and not having to hear neighbors behind my apartment cursing from dawn til midnight everyday I hope this review is helpful to you and if you do choose this place to reside I suggest requesting not to have 754 as your apartment Blessings more ... hide ...
