I have tried to be a nice and respectful tenant here at the Reserve At Billingsley Place Yes the office staff and maintenance are nice however that is as far as the service goes Of the past two months of my lease I have had various issues to arise Two of them being air conditioning and mold I have called and put several Requests for the issues to be fixed Al

I Spoke with the Director on the phone about making a page to share Memories of the ResidenceActivities and Events nothing happened We have lost a few amazing people back to back from this Facilitywho paid their rent on time supported this place until their final hours I do believe they deserve some love Father God in Jesus Christ name Amen I AM BLESSED

If they had 0 stars I would put it Rent ladies are so rude Theyre no help at all and they often steal money The apartments Are Nasty and they have An Bad infestation there are uncontrollable gnats roaches sometimes weird flies Theres always leaks everywhere I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
