The landlordsite manager is beyond disrespectful the maintenance guy will walk into your house without any notice and this place is rat INFESTED I would NOT recommend ANYONE staying there

The resident manager Susan is the worst manager that has ever managed this complex Shes rude doesnt know how to communicate with tenants and she loves coming into your apartment looking through your personal property when she thinks youre not paying attention to her She goes through your closet dresser drawers and cabinets and she goes under your bed I guess 2017-11-18T05:13:24Z
The resident manager Susan is the worst manager that has ever managed this complex Shes rude doesnt know how to communicate with tenants and she loves coming into your apartment looking through your personal property when she thinks youre not paying attention to her She goes through your closet dresser drawers and cabinets and she goes under your bed I guess Morrow Realty wont be satisfied until Susan causes them to get sued Tenants have rights too and going through my personal property is not a part of her job descriptionnnShe gave all tenants a nosmoking form to sign however shes a smoker herself and smokes in her own apartment So if you go to the office and shes walked away from her desk and phones shes probably taking a smoke break somewherennShe never walk the grounds like shes suppose to and refuses to deal with problems that arise on the property If she did her actual job which includes walking the grounds instead of going through tenants personal property when she thinks youre not looking she would know whos who as well as who their guest arennAlso if you decide to rent here just be aware that you wont be able to contact anyone at Morrow Realty to file complaints regarding Susan and her inappropriate searches of your personal property On their website theyve ensured that you dont have any way of getting in contact with the Site Manager Susans direct supervisor nor anyone else above the Site Manager Future Renters Beware more ... hide ...
