I do not like these apartment i live down stairs have not been in apt 3 good months and im getting ready to move out cause the upstairs are so loud and very disrespectful ive complain several times to owner and police have been over there as well i would not recommend this place to no one cause mananger dont care about good tented i got no where by complaining ive written at least 6 complaints to owner and still nothingim under the dr care and its just a Bad place to live so im getting out of this headache if you are considering this place think twice about it no RESPECT AT ALL i have now moved out this apti did not get any accommodation from landlord at least she could of move me to a different unit are moved those disrespectful upstais noise makersstuff like this makes it hard for good peoplebut seem like the bad people get what they wanti recieve none of my money back i recieve nothing from land lord she just wish me luck what a rotten way to treat a personpeople have no hearti hope the ower of these apt see this big rating of these aptdont go spend your money on these apt its not worth it I was going through Chemo treatments at the time I was staying at this apartment imagine how it feels when going through cancer and the owner done nothing to make this situation betterall she wanted was the moneyPlease dont move in these apt they are cheap but your state of mind means more and your peacethan just a cheap place to live more ... hide ...

I think Brookwood Park is a great place to liveMy 2 kids and I have been living here for 2 years now and trust me if I didnt feel safe I wouldnt live here The landlord Ms Sandra is a Awesome Lady She is concerned about what concerns usShe is right on it Any concerns Ive ever had she was right on it She is easy to talk toalways has a big smile in her face wh 2019-04-13T16:48:36Z

This place only cares about taking the tenants rent There has been a mold smell in my dads apartment since April I have called the office and so has my daughter and brother I will be reporting this place to HUD and The State as well as the Better Business Burea The garbage disposal and the dishwasher run water from under it and my dad has never used either o 2019-08-16T03:00:59Z
