I lived here in apartment 7 for 15 years And it has definitely changed throughout the years but not in a good way The neighbors are loud and rude The children run the apartment complex There are holes in the fence so people can go to pizza hut next door instead of fixing it over and over again they should put a gate up so people will stop making holes in the 2016-08-07T17:01:44Z
I lived here in apartment 7 for 15 years And it has definitely changed throughout the years but not in a good way The neighbors are loud and rude The children run the apartment complex There are holes in the fence so people can go to pizza hut next door instead of fixing it over and over again they should put a gate up so people will stop making holes in the fence They have parties in the complex and people get drugged and WAYY too loud The maintenance SUCKS We have had BLACK mold on our windows for atleast 9 years of me staying there Also the window adhesive caused the windows to fog up and stay that way we told them about it multiple times and they did nothing They mow the grass at the worst time possible waking everyone up They wont even let you garden on the porch and the TINY playground is full of little kids poop and pee I SWEAR Im not making this up when I got home from school one day there was a naked little kid peeing in the playground the mom was standing there and did nothing about it My 4th or 5th year living there they said they were going to replace the playground with a pool and they NEVER did it The floor plan is spacious and it is pet friendly They let you paint the walls as long as its a pastel color PLEASE whatever you do dont go to tallassee it is boring and the only thing to do there is do drugs sports fish or hunt PLEASE move to Auburn Mobile or Birmingham more ... hide ...
