Very rude unprofessional They never fix anything in the units The staff including mattience are unprofessional It has been my worse nightmare living here If you go above the mangers head they will not respond and are just as unprofessional They will try and enter your unit when you are not there without a 24 hour notice I would suggest a lawsuit be filed

I was really excited to speak to someone about my interest in one of their units at a property managed by them Im just a normal individual who is more than financially stable aka Im not on housing assistance nor do I need any vouchers or anything I call in to see what my options are and I have the misfortune of speaking with a woman named Whitney Right off the bat her tone she was very short as if I were bothering her or something I also really disliked that she automatically assumed that I was on assistance and proceeded to tell me that theres a really long wait list for the property when I already knew that they rent outside of their assistance program as well She was fairly rude and not very informative what so ever I suggest that staffing speak to potential clientele with a bit more friendliness and DEFINITELY not assume that when someone interested calls theyre living in a state of need or poverty Do better Whitney and do better CIHA very disappointed
